When I went to school, they called me a Jap. It was just after WWII. My mother and her entire community were sent to concentration camps, and their property confiscated.
They were in a worse place than any other race. Racial pride, brought us back. Now most know that it is something good to be a Japanese American. (Natives better than from Japan) Affirmative action promotes resentment! It actually defames decent black people.
When I was young, my father told us, 0;1;If you do something bad, people will say, 0;Some Jap did this!1; Not some guy did this, but, 0;Some Jap did this! 0; So all Japanese will be branded.1;
The same thing must be taught to children of all races, especially ones with recognizable physical features. I.E. Tell your kids the way it is. You have to be better than others because youre black! People will say, 0;Some nigger did this!1;
Even though the title is "Nigger," it applies to all races. Race is used as an excuse for personal failings! Everything jerks had no good reason to have achieved, is blamed on the color of their skin. Shirley is black, and makes over $1,200 per week. Alice is black, owns her own magazine, and it is excellent. There are many black millionaires.
Will Smith made his life special. He credits great parenting. Although he fought against racism, he never made it an overblown issue that he was black. The black woman that was on the presidents cabinet didnt overemphasize the fact that she was black. In achievement its incidental to people aware of real contributions.

People that allow themselves to call each other nigger are just not thinking. It smears all blacks, and most are decent people. Yet they are smeared with the term, nigger. It affects their own race. It tells others that hear them, These people are fools.

This story is exactly what took place with my life. During the summer of my 17th year, I was working full time. My parents found me a 0;for rent1; ad in the paper. I rented a room in someones home, and experienced life on my own.
During the school year, I worked part time and moved back home. The 0;fight1; that Suzies talking about in the song, happened just before the end of the school year. I moved out, and my path bid me fly!
Supporting myself while going to college was a natural, 0;grown up1; way of life. Most others do it naturally too. If you have done too much for your kids, you will have made them dependent on you for life.
Read the book first to learn what points for kids to research if they want to grow up. Warnings are given about 0;friends1; dragging them down. They are written in the language of teens, so they will be able to relate to them well.
They are your words, but updated into the language of todays teens. 0;This is cool!1; had teens trying to walk off with test writing 0;lecture materials.1; This means kids will listen! If you get the idea that your kids try to ignore your warnings, watch as they read articles you print for them.
Keep in mind that the text is far more mild than normal teen cursing heard every single day. Read 0;LANGUAGE, WHATS IN A WORD?1; to understand.
People that are safest, are those that are the most well informed about how to avoid danger. Those that would rather look away, raise kids that are the most easily victimized!
